• Submit abstracts to Liza Fleeson  at Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
• Abstracts must be under 250 words
• All abstracts will be screened as they arrive

Proposals for posters
February 13, 2009

• Submit abstracts to Carol Ramsay  at Washington State University
• Abstracts must be under 100 words
• All abstracts will be screened as they arrive

Registration - Deadline for early registration discount
February 3, 2009 - postmarked Tuesday

• Members who had already paid 2008 dues receive a $75 credit.
• Poster presenters receive a $50 registration fee credit
• Presenters receive a $100 registration fee credit
