Call for Papers or Symposia
You must submit an abstract for any paper presentation or proposed symposia.

Deadline: November 14, 2008

Content should fit within the broad parameters of the conference scope. Review the introduction for conference scope.

Submit your 250 word (or less) abstract electronically to Liza Fleeson at Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Label the email subject Line "TPSA Paper Submittal" to ensure email filter does not exclude your submittal.
Call for Posters

Content should fit within the broad parameters of the conference scope. Review the introduction for conference scope.

Submit your 100 word (or less) abstract to Carol Ramsay at Washington State University.

Label the email subject Line "TPSA Poster Submittal" to ensure email filter does not exclude your submittal.

You will receive an "Abstract received" confirmation.

Abstracts will be screened as they arrive so you may get confirmation in less than 3 weeks.

Poster space limitations - limit to no more than 4 ft x 4 ft (120cm x 120cm) in size.

Posters will attach to freestanding poster board by pins or adhesive velcro.

It is suggested that poster authors bring a hanging folder that can be pinned to poster board for holding 8½ x11 copies of poster or associated paper to make available to attendees when they visit.
