Posters and Displays
Conference attendees are invited to present a poster or other form of display that fits within the scope of the conference.
Deadline for submitting a proposal for a poster/display: February 1, 2010.
Proposals must include:
(A) Title
(B) Abstract or description (100 words or less). This description will be used to determine if the poster/display is appropriate for this conference. It will also be included in the conference proceedings.
(C) Information about the format:

Is your display free standing (i.e., it does not require us to provide a table or poster board)?

Does your display need table space?

Does your poster/display require a poster board for mounting?
TPSA will arrange for as many tables as are needed and can provide a limited number of poster boards (tri-fold, fabric-covered for Velcro attachment, table-top display boards, 36" high x a maximum of 72" wide). Send your proposal and other information to Bonnie McCarvel, TPSA's Operations Manager, either by email or fax (314-849-0988). Label the email subject line "TPSA Poster Submittal" to ensure that your email is not rejected by the spam filter. You will receive an "Abstract received" confirmation.
