OMB approves EPA's Container - Containment Rule

Background

EPA's Final Rule with requirements for pesticide container design, residue removal and containment for large tanks has been reviewed and approved by the Office of Management and Budget. The road is now clear for processing and signature by the EPA Administrator this summer. Requirements on the proposed rule can be viewed at EPA's Web site Here. The site will be updated to reflect the final requirements and additional information once the rule is published.
